Ascorbate peroxidase activity in roots of Raphanus sativus L. increased rapidly at an early stage of germination and the maximum activity corresponded to the maximum activity of superoxide dismutase. At this stage the nonspecific peroxidase activity with guaiacol was very Iow compared with ascorbate peroxidase activity. From these results possible roles for ascorbic acid and ascorbate peroxidase in root development of Raphanus sativus L. are discussed.}, pages = {17--22}, title = {ダイコン芽生えの根におけるアスコルビン酸ペルオキシダーゼ活性の消長とその生理的意義}, volume = {27}, year = {1994}, yomi = {モリムラ, ヨウコ} }
