Komatsuna. Contents of flavonoids that are probably utilized as substrates of peroxidase decreased during leaf senescence of the plant. Activity of ascorbate peroxidase(EC 1.11.1.11) decreased rapidly. Leaf senescence is a natural process genetically regulated, in which peroxidase may have an important role in scavenging hydrogen peroxide to protect cell constituents against oxidative damage in leaves of Brassica campestris during senescence. Contents of protein scarcely decreased and contents of chlorophyll gradually decreased during leaf senescence of Brassica campestris.}, pages = {19--24}, title = {コマツナ葉の老化に伴うフラボノイド含量およびペルオキシダーゼ活性の変化}, volume = {33}, year = {2002}, yomi = {モリムラ, ヨウコ and キノシタ, トモミ} }
